What should I do if I want to operate all my devices with a single remote control?
To get the best communication results from your remote control we advise you to follow the steps as described below:

Check for latest SW version!
If not supported by your device, use the universal setup of you TV remote -> only valid for the 9600-series and 9700-series (see e-dfu chapter 2.1.2 and 2.1.3).
