I cannot insert the beaters/dough hooks in my Philips Mixer
If it is difficult to insert the beaters or dough hooks in your Philips Mixer, read in the following lines what you can do to solve the issue.
Please, make sure the following steps are properly followed:
- Insert the dough hook with the collar into the larger opening in the bottom of the mixer (see the picture below).
- If the beaters or dough hooks do not click into position, slightly push and turn them to the left or right until you hear a click.
- Do not insert the beaters or dough hooks with extreme force.
