The UC Irvine Medical Center and Disney Family Cancer Center teams engaged Philips based on the company’s unique vision of the total patient experience. By partnering with Philips, the teams hoped to reduce patient anxiety and fear related to cancer care at each interaction, while maximizing efficiencies and throughput.
