Troubleshooting

No or intermittent sound on my earphones

  • Headphones/Earphone plug is not fully inserted. Ensure the headphones/earphone plug is fully inserted into the earphone jack

  • Try another set of headphones, if they work fine with the player then the original headphones may be defective, please contact our customer care center for assistance
