Problems with ATI graphic cards for HDMI 1080P

Published on 2016-12-13

Users need to correct the settings for the ATI CCC (Catalyst Control Center) application program. Unfortunately, ATI cards have problems on 1080p because the default is set to HDTV video mode, which is wrong, and not PC mode.

Select “Overscan to 0%“, see the file 2.bmp for reference, to obtain the correct output from the ATI cards. (Please download the attached file)

The correct setting for monitors is PC mode.

Please update the new ATI drivers first and set 1080p video mode to 1920 x 1080 and PC mode to 60 Hz.
